| Reaped | i'm going to stop over-reacting. things could be worse. Like a coworker who rifles through my desk or being forced to work for asshole lawyers or lazy editors. so yeah. takin that metaphorical chill pill, baby. there is no sun today. the city is shaded in an inky perpetual dusk. in fact, it looks like it did last night on the late shift. its as if i never left. on the other hand, got to wear my shiny new khaki raincoat. unfortunately, its one of those pseudo raincoats that looks really cool but i think is not waterproof. its got lycra in it-is that water worthy? guess it doesn't really matter, considering i park on the third level of the employee garage, walk to work through an elevated covered passageway, and smoke on the second floor balcony. my feet never leave the building most days. so, whether the coat is for purposes of rain or haute couture is a peripheral issue. it has actually become darker in the past 5 minutes. last night i dreamt of tornadoes... premonition or signifying other, we'll see later. |
